El primer producto adherido a RetornA es el filete de pollo, que se comercializa en una bandeja especial con un film protector en la base que se retira al abrir el envase. Una vez consumido, el cliente puede devolver la bandeja en cualquier tienda BonÀrea sin necesidad de lavarla. Las bandejas, aprovechando la logística diaria de los puntos de venta, son recogidas y transportadas al centro alimentario de Guissona, donde se limpian antes de reutilizarlas en las salas productivas y devolverlas a las tiendas. Al comprar el producto, el cliente abona un depósito de 0,45€ por bandeja, que recupera con un incentivo cuando la devuelve (0,50€).
