This addresses the main technical challenges in making cream dispensers recyclable: changing materials from metal to plastic while ensuring similar tension; the new pump offers the same functional performance (FDA and NSF compliance) and recycling approval, as it is certified and compatible with the PP recycling stream. NUON MEDICAL Nuon Medical introduced its new 3-in-1 solution, a microneedling applicator designed to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. This compact device combines microneedling with LED light therapy, which takes advantage of the skin’s increased permeability to stimulate blood circulation and soothe the epidermis, as well as improve cellular activity and accelerate collagen and elastin production. It also incorporates hot and cold thermal functions, which act on tissues, blood vessels, the lymphatic system, and cells. Nuon Medical also introduced a scalp and hair device that combines three complementary therapies: microneedling, red light therapy, and EMS microstimulation. A PLA microneedling patch enhances the absorption of ingredients for targeted scalp treatment. Red light therapy soothes the scalp, stimulates hair follicles, and promotes circulation. EMS technology gently stimulates the scalp’s muscles and tissues, increasing blood flow and improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles. Furthermore, the Italian brand Vagheggi Phytocosmetici has partnered with Nuon Medical to create an improved package with a smart cap. The Efficacy Booster Device is a specialized skincare tool designed to work in synergy with the Longévité 75.25 Day Cream. It integrates four technologies: red light (630 nm), microcurrents, therapeutic heating, and vibration, which work together to deliver targeted rejuvenation. The second extension adapts ERA to smallcapacity cosmetic tubes: 25 mm and 30 mm diameters, intended for liquid makeup and specific treatments such as eye contour creams. ERA incorporates Silgan Dispensing’s patented LifeCycle™ technology, which replaces metal springs with plastic equivalents to ensure recyclability. Isabelle Lallemant, Global Marketing Director for Beauty, highlighted that ERA “is a singlematerial and flexible solution, which brings simplicity,” as it adapts to all types of packaging. Silgan Dispensing also unveiled Aspire Chroma, the latest evolution of its Aspire fragrance dispenser platform, designed to combine customizable color, performance, and added value. Designed for lifestyle and everyday fragrance lines, Aspire is distinguished by its smooth, fluid operation and fine, even spray. Aspire Chroma is now available in fully customizable colors using in-house injection-molded PP collars and actuators, including white, which was previously difficult to achieve with anodized metal components. Silgan is launching Aspire Chroma with Pirouette technology, which allows the dispenser to be easily separated from the bottle for refilling or recycling. “It enables a smooth and precise action, a fine spray, and delivers a premium lifestyle experience,” said Sandy Gregory, Fragrance Marketing Director.
